What insurances do you accept?

Do you offer short-term rehabilitation?
Yes. At Highlands Post-Acute, your successful recovery and quick return home is our top priority. We provide a unique personalized experience whether you’re suffering from an illness or recovering from a major medical event. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy is conducted under the guidance of licensed experts and is available seven days a week.

When will the doctor see me?
Doctors typically visit within 48-72 hours of admission depending on when you arrive. Your nurse will communicate any medical concerns with your doctor through a tele-med visit prior to that.
How often will I have therapy?
Most patients, depending on their condition and when they are admitted, will start rehab within 24-48 hours of admission and will receive therapy up to five times per week.
How long is a typical stay?
Each case is different and unique. Patient progress is reviewed weekly by our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) of nurses, therapists, and dietitians. Our main goal is that you reach your highest level of independence.
Are activities available?
We offer daily activities for a wide variety of interests. For your convenience, there is an activity calendar posted in your room. Please contact the Activities Director for additional information.
What is your dining program like?
At Highlands Post-Acute, we’re proud to offer restaurant-style dining with diets designed by our full-time, in-house Registered Dietician.
